Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the conditions under which products purchased from our online store (“Store,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may be returned or refunded. 1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original, unopened sealing;

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition; and

  • A photograph of the product and its packaging is provided to us for confirmation prior to approval of the return.

1.2 Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or otherwise not in original condition will not be eligible for return.

1.3 We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.


2. Manufacturer Defects

2.1 Claims for manufacturer defects must be supported with photographic or video evidence provided within 5 X days of delivery.

2.2 The alleged defect will be verified by our team. If confirmed as a manufacturer defect, we may, at our discretion:

  • Issue a replacement product; or

  • Provide a refund to the original payment method (or confirm COD cancellation if unpaid).

2.3 If the defect is not confirmed or is determined to result from customer misuse, improper handling, or external damage, the claim will be denied.


3. Process for Returns

3.1 To initiate a return, you must:

  • Contact us at admin@treasurerlondon.com with your order number;

  • Provide required photographs of the product and packaging; and

  • Await return authorisation before shipping or handing over the product.

3.2 Unauthorised returns will not be accepted and may not qualify for a refund.


4. Return Shipping Costs

4.1 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturer defect or our error.

4.2 We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit; customers are encouraged to use trackable shipping methods.


5. Refunds

5.1 Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of return inspection and approval.

5.2 Shipping charges, COD fees, and other handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed manufacturer defects or order errors caused by us.

5.3 In cases of COD returns, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit after verification.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable under all circumstances:

  • Products with opened or broken seals;

  • Products damaged after delivery (unless due to manufacturer defect confirmed by us);

  • Items sold as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.


7. Policy Modifications

7.1 We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time to reflect operational or legal changes.

7.2 The version of this Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your transaction.
