This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased through our online store (“Store,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order with us, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms set forth herein. This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms and Conditions.


1. Order Processing

1.1 Orders are processed within two (2) to five (5) business days following confirmation of payment, or, in the case of Cash on Delivery (“COD”) orders, after order placement.

1.2 Processing times may be extended during peak demand periods, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

1.3 Confirmation of shipment, including tracking information where applicable, will be provided upon dispatch.


2. Payment Methods

2.1 We accept both prepaid payment methods (credit card, debit card, bank transfer, etc.) and Cash on Delivery (COD).

2.2 For COD orders, exact cash payment must be provided at the time of delivery unless otherwise stated. Failure to provide payment will result in refusal of delivery, and you may be liable for associated return or re-delivery fees.


3. Delivery Methods

3.1 Orders may be delivered either:
(a) directly by our internal delivery personnel; or
(b) via third-party courier or logistics providers engaged by us.

3.2 The selection of the delivery method will be made at our discretion, based on order destination, size, and other logistical considerations.


4. Delivery Timeframes

4.1 Estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed at checkout. Such timeframes are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery by a specific date.

4.2 We shall not be liable for delays arising from circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance procedures.


5. Address Accuracy and Responsibility

5.1 You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

5.2 We disclaim liability for any loss, delay, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.

5.3 Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses or refusal of delivery will be refunded less shipping charges and any return fees imposed by the carrier. Re-delivery costs shall be borne by the customer.


6. Age Verification and Identification

6.1 For products subject to age restrictions, we reserve the right to require presentation of a valid government-issued photo identification upon delivery to verify age eligibility.

6.2 If acceptable identification is not provided, delivery will be refused, and you may be liable for return or re-delivery fees.


7. Risk of Loss and Title

7.1 All risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon:
(a) delivery of the order to the address provided; or
(b) handover of the order to the third-party carrier, whichever occurs first.

7.2 We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after the carrier or our delivery personnel confirm delivery.


8. Damaged Goods

8.1 You must inspect your order upon receipt and notify us of any damage within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

8.2 Notification must include photographic evidence of the damage and original packaging.

8.3 We will assist in filing claims with the carrier or, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund subject to claim approval.


9. International Shipments (If Applicable)

9.1 International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

9.2 These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees charged at checkout.

9.3 We are not liable for delays resulting from customs clearance procedures.


10. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

10.1 Refusal to accept delivery or failure to complete payment for COD orders may result in the return of goods to us.

10.2 Refunds for such orders will be issued less shipping charges and any fees incurred for the return.

10.3 Re-shipment requests are subject to additional shipping costs.


11. Policy Modifications

11.1 We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.

11.2 The version of this Policy in effect at the time of your order will govern that transaction.
